Budapest is a beautiful city of contrasts. The Danube River separates the quaint cobbled streets of Buda from the throbbing metropolis of pest. This city offers all that is required for a weekend break. It can be both quiet and buzzing at the same time. The history and culture is rich and diverse; from the opera to nightclubs.
The only drawbacks would probably be the food, which is very traditionally eastern European and the expense, which has increased considerably since it entered the European union
