We could only spend 2 nights here but is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in anywhere. Lovely and clean, charming helpful staff who all spoke brilliant English. The hotel is situated just a short walk from Central Station. Canal trips run from just over the road and there are masses of shops along Damrak where you can buy almost anything. The Sex Museum is just up the road, very cheap to go in and very interesting (not "sleazy") at all. China town is just a short walk across the bridge over the canal. Trams stop just outside the hotel, there is no need for a car just get a 3 day ticket and you can go anywhere. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel they looked after us very well and breakfast was great.
