Can't wait to return to Coco La palm
from ziggy04
Stayed at Coco La Palm after reading reviews here on the Trip Advisor and also after contacting people on the Coco La Palm website. Thanks for the recommendations to all. Service was great! Bar, restaurant, grounds staff were all more than accomodating. Sometimes the prices were a bit more but I would just walk down the beach for a $.50 Red Stripe if that was the case. Great location too. Smack dab in the middle of Negril beach. Also, I had a chance to meet the owners who originally call Minnesota their home. They were on site...

Best kep secret in Negril

Been to Negril Jamaica 3 times now & the Coca La Palm Hotel is the best yet. Very clean, grounds were impecable, staff friendly, food great & prices superb. Will definately go back and only stay here. Do not do all inclusive anywhere in Jamaica buy as you go more bang for your buck that way. Laid back quiet place ideal for just relaxing and reading a book or just laying in the sun. Pool was excellent and very clean also. Ideal time to go is in October no one is there & prices are great. Expedia is the best site to booka trip.
Absolutely Wonderful

My husband and I and some great friends of ours just got back from a week in Negril and we stayed at the CocoLaPalm Resort. It was our first time in Jamaica and I have to say after vacationing in Mexico for six years prior, Jamaica is the place!! The resort was beautiful and the people were so friendly and wonderful. The grounds were very well kept and it was so clean. Our rooms were large and very nice. No problems whatsoever! The service was excellent and we always felt safe and well taken care of. It was definately a great place to stay...

Wouldn't hesitate for an instant to go back to Coco

We were more than a bit nervous going to Jamaica for our first time (Feb 27th, 2004) but our driver put us at ease from Montego Bay to Negril. When we arrived at Coco La Palm we were welcomed like we were old friends. The facility and staff are #1 in my book and we did alot of exploring at different resorts while in Negril. We will not hesitate to return to CocoLaPalm and will be our first choice when we do. My wife repeatedly stated that this was the most relaxing vacation she has ever been on and I have to second that. The resort has great...

We were staying in MontegoBay, and we got fed-up with boredom and went to the CocoLaPalm. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. they're always on the ball there with keeping the grounds clean. we stayed in your basic rate room, it was spacious and the shower was huge. there were some little ants in there, but what do you want for 150.00 a night. that was my only negative thing wtih the hotel, but everything else made up for that. where else can you get up in the morning and walk barefoot to a restaurant beside a beach and have real fruit...

6 of us girls in our early 30's/late 20's went to Negril for a week in March 2001. We stayed at Coco La Palm and had a fabulous time. The rooms were clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The grounds were beautiful, the food was great, the service was excellent, the evening socials were fun, the beach was clean, the water sparkling. We also highly recommend Alfred's Oceanfront Paradise for dinner, drinks and dancing. We tried a few other spots, but found them overrun with 18 yr. old Spring Breakers. We went to Ys Falls, which was...

The best trip ever. We went in Oct. which is considered the off season. This worked out perfect because the rates are lower, the weather is gorgeous and it also fell on a Jamaican holiday. We were able to go to authentic Jamaican celebrations as a result and hear great live music. My relatives go back every year to Cocolapalm and I plan on making it a tradition also. 7 Mile beach is great, I can't say enough good things about the location. It is nice because you are able to interact as much as you want or don't want with the...

Coco La Palm

My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous honeymoon at the Coco La Palm Hotel in Jamaica. Great rooms with high wooden ceilings, king size bed and twin shower. Wonderful beach location and easy access to beach bars and markets. Would highly recommend.
Pretty cheap for such a beautiful place

I recommend that you stay at Cocolapalm if you'd like to save money and have a great vacation relaxing. Even though it lacked some amenities, the beach is well worth it. It was wonderful to wake up every morning and have the beach right there. It was also nice that Cocolapalm had their own area on the beach so that you were guaranteed a spot to tan. The restaurants were okay; they should have had more to offer but there are plenty of restaurants on the beach that you can check out. The rooms are pretty cheap but if you want a vacation that...

Spent Thanksgiving week in Negril at CoCoLaPalm. Have been to Negril several times, but have never stayed at CoCo. 5-Star in my Book. Excellent. The staff is wonderful. Joan, Hilda, Michele, Shawn, Donovan, Kay, just to name a few. Everyone was more than great...........Always happy, and smiling. Our room was ocean-front and quite nice........I cannot say enough. Will definitely be back. And by the way, if you walk the beach, please place your trash in the Bins provided. YEAH MAN>>>

If you're planning a trip to this resort, RUN RUN RUN in the other direction!!!! I just came back a week ago. I went for 2 weeks and by the 4rth day, I was SO mortified that I moved to a new resort. AVOID at all cost [which by the way will cost you 2x more than ANY all... more
