Pan Pacific Hotel

We booked a special weekend package for our stay in February. We arrived at the hotel at 8am on the Saturday morning expecting to leave our bags and have to come back later; but no problem our room was ready and we checked in. Our package included a choice of various options - we opted for the champagne and chocolates on the saturday night, a sumptuous feast for breakfast on the sunday morning and late checkout at 6pm on the Sunday evening. Even then, because we were not flying until after midnight we could still use all the facilities of the hotel and then have the use of a hospitality room to finally get ready for our onward flight. The whole experience was truly wonderful. The staff could not have been more helpful and polite. My only regret is that we were not booked in at the Pan Pacific for our return journey as the Marina Mandarin certainly did not measure up to the same exacting standards of the Pan Pacific.
