We went to the Tanjung Rhu for our honeymoon and i am so pleased we picked this destination. the scenery is amazing, just like it is in the pictures. the staff are so helpful and friendly and the food is amazing, even for a vegetarian like me AND i even lost weight without trying!!!! i am desperate to go back, however i think that was a once in a life time holiday for me, gutted.
We went on a couple of excursions the eagle feeding and the mangrove tour, i recommend them both, especially if you like your nature seeing the eagles, blue crabs, mud skipper and the monkey (take bananas with you, throw them in the water and they will swim to get it!!)
They have 3 lovely big swimming pools and a beach that is not overcrowed and you can pick a private spot.
If you get there and decide to have a massage be warned they dont do soft and gentle!!!
If you you are umming and ahhing STOP and book the best holiday you will ever have.

This is the best holiday we have ever had! We have been twice, with and without kids and are planning our third visit.
The resort isn't extensive, but I can't imagine that the Datai or the Andaman could offer any better.
Our meal plan was full board, which included all soft drinks and room service, freshly made tropical juices delivered to your sun bed, while watching the causeway out to the archepelago appear mid afternoon.
So tranquil and peaceful, fabulous food, fine dining at Rhu and relaxed outside dining on the deck at Saffron.
Staff recognised us from our previous visit, have never experienced such outstanding service.
You can drive to the round the island in a day, highly recommend a visit to the night market in Kuah, and combine with a trip to KL, (stay at the Mandarin Oriental!)
The spa is wonderful, with a choice of massages and treatments from all over the world.
Beautiful rooms, with huge bathrooms and wonderful showers.
Cannot wait to return!

This was the most fantastic holiday I have had for years. From the moment I was greeted by my chauffeur till he dropped me back, it was a holiday of a lifetime. I cant recommended this bit of paradise enough. The all-in-inclusive package was worth every penny. The food quality was up there with the best and i could eat what I want when I want. I've never seen any package like it. The rooms were spacious and above all the service was just plain excellent.
I will be going back for more. The resort just emailed me about their latest offer. Book before the 31 December and get a sea facing suite (80 sq. m) with the all inclusive package at their standard rate.
If you are planning a romantic holiday, just go to their website and ask for the Paradise Within Paradise offer. You wont be disappointed.
