When booked we were told it was 4 star ,maybe just a 3 star, AI was supposed to be midnight but it was 11:00 then the drinks were expensive, food was ok if you were a vegetarian, the snacks in between meals was cold chips, we had problems with faulty...

Staff were wonderful, but management treated all tourists with disdain - they simply could not be bothered with any of us. They desperately need to go on hospitality courses.
