When booked we were told it was 4 star ,maybe just a 3 star, AI was supposed to be midnight but it was 11:00 then the drinks were expensive, food was ok if you were a vegetarian, the snacks in between meals was cold chips, we had problems with faulty electricity after 4 days they gave us another room, no roof top terrace, we were told our checkout was 1200 but we got charged for a extra day, no al a carte ,no midnight soup kitchen, the workers were very polite and friendly but management did not want to know, there was no fitness room, no ice cream (it was out of season),nothing for children, no entertainment the only plus was patara beach and the other was we left and went to kalkan for 4 days which was great. All of this was advertised on the holiday co website.

This hotel was a huge disappointment - barely made 2 stars.
Staff were wonderful, but management treated all tourists with disdain - they simply could not be bothered with any of us. They desperately need to go on hospitality courses.
Much of the hotel was dirty (the toilets beside the massage parlour were blocked for the whole length of our 14 day stay) and there are loads of cats roaming around the restaurant area.
Bedrooms were very depressing - a coat of paint wouldn't go amiss!!
If you take all inclusive, don't expect any imported or local whisky, brandy, port, etc. They simply don't have it.
However, they seem to stock it after 11pm (when all inclusive ends) and a double whisky cost me the equivalent of £12!
As I said, staff were really wonderful, but if you feel you want to tip anyone, give it to them personally - they don't get anything out of the tip box.
There were no plus aspects, we ate out most nights just to get away from the depressing atmosphere of this place.
The bars/restaurants in Patara itself are superb, and locals very friendly. Beach is fantastic.
