After reading some of the other reviews for Rima, all i can say is it has improved greatly since 2008. We have just arrived back from there, our room was clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was lovely. Really enjoyed our stay there and would most definately go back again.

I have just returned yesterday from a week in marmaris turkey where i stayed at the hotel Rima on a bed & breakfast basis a supposedly 3 star rating establishment. This place has so many faults that I will only list the major ones, four alledged incidents of theft of money ranging from £20-£120 from safety deposit boxes situated at the front reception. Girl who seemed o be running the place said Hotel reception had a make over last year and it was lovely - ground floor toilets were worthy of Harrods! Reading reviews of this hotel before me and my partner went on holiday it is true to say that I was a little worried about what we would find when we arrived. Our problems did not occur at the hotel but rather at the airport when we could not locate our transfer. A let down from GodSavetheQueen
I go to Turkey every year and have never had such a unpleasent stay. Though most of the staff were fine, I had problems with a worker thinking i was his girlfriend and harrassing my family asking where i was if i did not come back, at one point literally insulted my mother. Spent the whole holiday avoiding the hotel. The hotel should cosider more carefully who they employe and when a complaint is made of that nature the person should be dismissed. Its a shame, but it is a badly run hotel.

We had two rooms in this hotel last month and in over 30 years of travelling abroad have to say this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms were grubby, poorly decorated and the bathrooms were positively disgusting. filthy toilets, washhand basins and the shower cubicles were thick with rust and scum. we had to buy cleaner and bleach and cleaned them ourselves.
