When my partner and I booked this holiday (last minute) we were surprised that we were getting a 3/4 star rated hotel, All Inclusive, right on the beach for such a great price. However, when we arrived we realised we actually may have overpaid!
After we managed to climb the steep stairs up to the hotel, we were welcomed with decor which hadn't been looked at since the start if the 80s - we are talking lots of paint dimpling, plaster effects and really dark dated wallpaper!
Were given our room key and sent on our way (I refused to get in the tiny dated lift for obvious reasons) but as I climbed the stairs I knew that the room that was going to greet us was not going to be 1 star let alone 4!
Walked in and the hope we had left disappeared - we had been given a twin room with 2 tiny beds (length and width) which I think may have been built with concrete blocks because it was the hardest bed I have EVER slept, or even sat on, in my life. Bathroom was more like a wet room but was reasonably clean (although the shower curtain could have done with being replaced or washed).
Anyway, we literally threw down our bags, hid our valuables (no safety deposit in room, but later noticed that these were communal ones beside the toilets, which we were never told about) and went down to get a well deserved drink. Ok at this point I am going to talk about the drink and food, but in summary as I want to get it over as soon as possible so I can forget about it again!
Food - slop! Spam! Re-cycled dishes, salad or should that be mayo plastered muck, awful awful, awful.
DRINK - Usual local beer and cheap spirits. Although this was supposed to be an all inclusive hotel, one of the owners would sit at the end of the bar and monitor the waiter’s servings.
Bar was really really badly staffed, and even if there was someone there, you had to queue for a very long time. I would actually say that this was done for a purpose, being that you didn’t get as much drink as you would have liked - I can understand that sometimes greed may be an issue but in the overall scheme of things this will always balance itself out, as there are others who have paid and would be very light drinkers.
Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, the service from staff was good and rooms were cleaned daily but the food was dire and overall appearance was awful. Please avoid at all costs unless they are paying you to stay there.
Hope this is helpful. I couldn’t find any reviews on this hotel before I went so I’m hoping it may save a few people some wasted money!

Spent 2 weeks at Class Beach Hotel in September 2007. Worst holiday we have ever had.
Got there on the lst day and they moved us to another hotel for 2 days. This was a better star hotel, we should have stayed there as it was nominally better. The pool at Class Beach was the size of a postage stamp with no access for children. Also it was dirty round the sides of the pool.
The lift was out of order more than it was in order. The rooms were dirty. The beds were hard. The water was cold. The service lift was full of mosquitoes. The food was repetitive, very little choice. The hot food was cold. Two choices of hot food only. Drinks were a choice of local beer, vodka gin, and rakki. Wine was like vinegar.
Staff not helpful especially to English people. The beach was full of pebbles and the sun beds were taken away the second week we were there. The hotel seemed to be winding down. There was no entertainment at all. We had to eat out mostly.
Will not be going back to Turkey at all, after this experience.

Appalling! We do not recommend this tour operator at all!
The facilities listed for Class Beach Hotel did not exist. 2 swimming pools? Where? Restaurant? Where? Well stocked bar? Where?
The staff at the hotel were outright racist towards the English. We booked for 7 nights but were only allowed 6, on the morning of the 7th day we left the hotel to go into town for edible food and upon our return found our suitcases in the street.
I have NEVER been treated so discourteously. There wasn't even a shower! The food was disgusting, the ''bar'' sold wine, beer or raki, no soft drinks. As a teetotaller I found this rather unpleasant.
We have tried to take this up with 'on the beach.com' since our return and have just been shoved from pillar to post. The tour operator's just don't seem to care about customer satisfaction only about lining their pockets! Leave well alone!
