Pine Bay Marina

The staff was really good but do not go to this hotel until the change of management comes in. First issue, It was a hot night out and the AC worked the first day, then the second day it didn't. They said they had a 'Whole System" and when I questioned on how and why could I adjust my AC the night before- they couldn't explain that. Spent 4 nights. Rooms were clean and tidy.Good choice of food in the dining room. Staff were friendly and helpful

I was worried about staying here after reading some of the reviews. I must say this is not a great hotel but also not as bad as some of the reviews suggest. Our travel agent claimed there has been a recent renovation, but this was not very apparent. The rooms were old and on the Spartan side, but reasonably clean. İN thıs hotel you wıll be stayıng ın a dıfferent room everyday ı actually changed two rooms ın one day as all the rooms were floodıng. All the carpets and curtaıns are dırty and staıned, ı thınk the curtaıns hasnt been washed for the last 5 years as ıt was smellıng terrıble. When ı have ordered tea ı have been told that ı have to gıve the tea pot as soon as ı fınısh my tea as they only had 3 Tea pots ın the whole hotel for the room servıce (Thıs ıs what ı have been told by the chef). We stayed at the pine bay marina from the 24-26 Jul. It was the worst hotel we ever stayed in our travel history. The bathroom were dirty with mould. The breakfast and dinner were ok. The staffs were not too keen to help. The airconditioner were not switched on. It was a hot summer and the temperature was 42-44 C. The rooms were too hot to stay in after a day out for sightseeing. Mattresses were terrible. It was like sleeping on a box spring. Pillows were hard and overstuffed. Thank God we only stayed overnight. The shower door was broken and filled with mold. The dinner buffet was very mediocre. Breakfast was just okay. The only positive was the beautiful view of the marina from our balcony and a small but nice lobby. Don't risk staying here. You will be disappointed. This 4 star is barely a 2 star.

It was a excellent accomadation.Can't believe all commets before.It's highly standart rooms.Renovaited and comfortable rooms + excellent view.Personnel has a smile face all the time.Good contact to the guest.If you want feel the best I can recommed this hotel.

If you're looking for a 2 Star Hotel with a 4 Star rating, here it is. After changing rooms twice, we were given a room with a dormitory bed, with an Army Blanket and ill fitting sheets, one towel and tiny roll of toilet paper ( unless you ask every day), a 9"TV, no clock, Tea colored Hot Water,and bad plumbing. Terrible and certainly not 4 Star. The rooms are in need of a major overhaul. I am told most of the hotels In Kuasdasi are just as bad, since they burn bad oil for heat that smells. We arrived after a long drive Canakkale, arriving at approximatley 3.00am. We were given a smoking room instead of a non smoking, the room of course smelt, the floor was dirty. The filth actually attached to my feet and fluff and dust washed off them in the shower. The sheets & pillow cases had holes and were too small for bed. The curtains were also with holes. Sad for a "Four Star Hotel"

Stayed at the Pine Bay for three nights in December. Public areas of the hotel were okay but the rooms were very tired and worn down with badly stained carpets and broken bathroom fittings. The food was really bad and breakfast was the worst turkish breakfast I have ever had with mean portions and no taste. Staff at dinner were brusque and obviously couldn't wait to close the buffet and get rid of you.
