DON'T GO! This holiday was the worst I have ever been on, not only was the hotel room filthy, the cream carpet was black, the bathroom had a mouldy shower and shower curtain, holes behind the electrical sockets and the toilet had never seen any bleach! The towels where... more

I have seen numerous programs regarding holidays from hell I never thought I would have one. The hotel claims to be four star which is a complete joke, the room was small, the light switch fell off of the wall exposing live wires, and the plaster and paint were falling off... more

This is without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The write up in Goldtrail's brochure was grossly misleading, to the extent that it was fraudulent. During our stay we experienced raw sewage coming up through the drain in the bathroom and the bedroom itself... more
