Best holiday ever
from dmaclochlainn
What a hotel, what a holiday. Please don't listen to the tripe you are reading about this hotel, you can't please a born moaner!!!!! The staff, the food, the views over the beautiful sea,it's heaven. Why would you want a big room with plasma tv & mini bar when you have the best pool i've ever seen right outside, the bar with it's highly entertaining staff and all day activities for young & old alike???? As for the dolmus(local transport) being (oh my God!!!) less than 5 min walk, you get to see the real people on the way,beautiful...

Not As Per Brochure
from captaingerrard
When seen brochure looked fab. When arrived complex looked fantastic. Spotless. When got to room TINY. Small portable TV 1 english speaking channel. sky news. Appartment was nice but small. Rooms cleaned daily. Friendly staff. Breakfast in hotel ok. if not down before 10am. cleared away. One of most dissapointing things was their supermarket. No bread, cold drinks, water cost 6 lira for 2ltrs £2.50 only 5 lira for 5 ltrs down town. But not allowed to bring own food or drink to hotel. Food also expensive. DO NOT EAT IN...

from EnnaNagitahr
just returned from a holiday at this complex and feel totally fulfilled . the rooms were the essence of comfort sound proof and hygienic. food in the restaurant was of excellent standard. Entertainment was delightful and the staff were so eager to please I have never seen such a friendly group they made it a priority to get to know us and make us feel welcome.
Nothing like Brochure!!!! Tiny Rooms
from MariaIrelandDublin
I booked this hotel via Sunway.ie expecting a lovely 4* hotel with Junior Suite as described in brochure.... Well the rooms are absolutely tiny not all all like described. The bathroom is also tiny cant really have batch in bath- that small. The shower screen was so dirty all black things growing on it yuck! Im sure the hotel was described as newly built not at all- 4 years old looks every bit of that just changed its name. This is NOT a 4* star hotel just a basic 2/3*. Rooms so small we all felt very claustrophbic- very quickly,...

Holiday of a lifetime
from xFairywingsx
i'm guessing this needs a little updating so here we are. i have just returned from a two week stay in kusadasi at acar sunset plaza and i can honestly say hand on heart it was the best holiday i have ever been on. The hotel was brilliant. It was well kept the food was excellent and it looked just like the holiday brochure. However most importantly it was totally family orientated with a kids club and evening activities to suit everyone, even those difficult teenagers! The service was also superb and staff were always happy to...

Shame about the staff
from AniV
I went on this holiday with a group friends. The hotel was lovely and the rooms were great. However some of the hotel rules were a little upsetting! The hotel policy on no food or drinks from outside was a little disturbing. Especially when the water is 5 x the price it is outside. Being August the weather was extremely hot therefore with 5 people it was more practical to buy a gallon from town. We were surrounded and stopped on the way up to our room...almost like criminals! I can respect the fact about bringing crisps and other food,...

Very Dispointing Hotel
from gridgirl
My mum and i stayed here last July, we saw the hotel in the brochure's whilst it was being built and liked the look of it and booked it almost straight away and this was a year in advance. I was really looking forward to coming to turkey after hearing good reports from friends that had stayed in other resorts and a few week prior to leaving we saw pics of the hotel on the internet and the hotel appeared really nice. On arrival at the hotel we had to travel along a narrow dirt road to get to the hotel were very disappointed at the...

Really nice place - great views
from kia6768
Myself and husband stayed here for a week in the middle of June. I had read some bad reports before i went, so when I arrived I was very pleased. The hotel is of a good standard and the pool is excellent. It was very quiet when we went so no problems with sun loungers etc. The beach is down a very steep hill, but is again nice and peaceful with free sunbeds and also sunbeds on grass area above the beach. There is a bar at the beach also, so everything you need except a big steep walk back up the hill. But we didnt find that too much of...

Quiet Location, lovely pool!
from SteveR1974
When I visted this hotel the access road was quite poor, it was about a 10 minute journey by the little mini bus to the centre of Kusadasi, but they run every 15 minutes and cost about 70p to use. The hotel reception was friendly, always very polite and answered any questions. The room was spacious, very clean although perhaps a little basic. Having said that it was nice to have a seperate bedoom and sitting area, although I didnt spend much time in the room on this holiday! I had a great balcony with a side sea view, and the other...
