When we arrived at the hotel, we had to wait 20 minutes for service at the reception (fair enough it was 2 o'clock in the morning, but you'd think with a coachful of over 100 people arriving that they would at least make an effort). All staff's English was poor, and the animation team could not even be classed as entertainment. They made more of an effort to hang about the bar than look after the children! We saw more children fall and crying with boredom than with laughter. Staff were very rude, and on two occasions things went missing from our room while being cleaned. Our balcony wss impossible to sit out on due to all the cockroaches and the dirt lurking in the corners. The television and the light in our bathroom did not work, and it took four days for them to be fixed after complaining straight away to the reception. The food abysmal, and three out of the four members of my family suffered from severe stomach upsets to say the least. What should have been a refreshing drink to cool down was not cool, and they had drinks sitting out by the pool in the heat, no ice was offered. I had to get a doctor for my seven year old daughter as she suffered a severe cut on her knee, due to slipping on glass which was left lying beside the pool. I am not usually one for moaning, but for what was meant to be the dream holiday, and what we saved for all year, this was quite possibly a nightmare holiday and i would not recommend this hotel to anyone because of our experience!

Part 2 / I feel that now i have written my personal opinion regarding this hotel.I still feel the need to mention the little pieces i didnt enjoy, the little things thatenoy me where ever i am, whatever the place, and these things are so easy toremedy. The first point i make is the service from the bar staff, at the best oftimes there is one person left serving 30 people in a quew, no need. This onlyencourages the ignorant to push in, and believe me they do. Secondly the foodthat goes to waste will give you nightmares, this is a terrible waste and is unacesptable to me, greedy greedy people, this should be stamped out, it isnt for me to decide how, and to be honest i dont know how you could, but i needs fixing. Apart from that that is all i can say, well there is another thing. Cant wait to go back.

This holiday was our best, The hotel was 5 star. I have had two great holidays inturkey but nothing that matches this one. From Antalya airport to stepping in toour room was 47 minutes. Standard room was exellent and located to the rear ofthe hotel which is quiet and always in the shade. The lifts are full of lazy peopleand my wife was left with a 2 year old baby whilst 4 months pregnant stood unableto get to a lift because lazy russian tourists with no manners that wont use the stairwells. It is a mad rush to the main restaurant which opens at 7pm, eating is goodfor 7 to 8pm, after this it is very busy, after 8.30pm it is ok. Day time eating is verygood, i like the choice and times because there is never a rush to go anywhere.2 good places towards the pier do great grub, fish, chicken, sandwiches, burgersand lots of fresh salads, the other does fresh pizzas and cheese filled bread, oftenwith mince, delicious and they make this for you as you watch with a ice cold beer. The main solaris bar has a great kebab and pizza place, this closes at 2.30pm.But if you find yourself full up from breakfast, dont worry there is a great jacketpatatoe bar that comes to the rescue at 4pm, and if you like me and spend timeburning all those callories of in the fantastic water slide pool then a spud at 4 isvery welcome. Evening meals were easy to do, and i say this because we have children, just make sure oyu dont leave it too late, as i said with breakfasts thereis a busy time and a not so busy time, o ye they smoke in the resturant, which isnot very nice, but only in certain places. I thought the evening entertainment wasexellent, on different nights the entertainment staff who work tirelesly do a realgood job, if you like to dance you will enjoy the white night, and other showsthat are on, these shows start arround 9.30pm ish. Children can go to the mainareana at 8.45pm and have a good dance, it is a nice sight watching all the kidsholdings hand and getting on. They are looked after during they day by the kidsclub, there is organised football matches where the pros play during the wintermonths if you like playing in the heat, the weather is fantastic. Board games, shooting , archery and much more. A real great way to relax is the fantasticpier that all the top hotels seem to have that run from the hotel gardens to thebeach, these have some real comfortable leather bean chair which are mega comfy, and the bar is just a minute away serving cold drinks, no food which isgreat, i like the fact that food is switched off for a time during the day, thereis so much of it when at the resturants.

This was our first time all inclusive and all I can say is wow.
The food was superb and there was a good variety of dishes to choose from, with most of the food being cooked in front of you. We were able to eat at any time of the day and did not have any limitations, this included soft drinks, and alcohol.
The Hotel was very clean with good amenities and entertainment and the staff were very friendly. My husband and I had a lovely holiday and will be returning in the near future.
The Titanic is a Great hotel.

The Titanic is a great hotel; the pools and waterslides are great fun.
The rooms were clean and very big. The food did get a bit repetitive but only went for a week so weren't too bad.
The staff were very friendly and the all inclusive was excellent.
Would recommend doing the island snorkelling trip!

What a fantastic holiday we had here. A huge hotel but with huge grounds, loads of sun beds and superb facilities we had a ball.
The children all loved the Kids Club (although no signing in and out as you would normally elsewhere) and took part in pool games, darts, crazy ball games, crazy bowling, face painting etc etc. There were also some additional paid for activities like horse riding and t-shirt painting which were good value. The girls all spoke English (some better than others) and always have a smile.
Husband and I did loads too - archery, air rifle shooting, boccia (that'll be boules/petanque to you and I!), aerobics, water aerobics, 'Olympics', football, and darts. The Entertainment team are all great fun and work darn hard to get people to join in.
Evening entertainment was very good too - a mix of professional shows and Entertainment team shows. You even got popcorn going into the ampitheatre! Just be sure to get there early enough to get a cushion!
Plenty of sun beds and we never had to rush down in the morning - usually 9am was still loads about. Superb big fluffy beach towels every day.
The place is spotless - they even Hoover up the flower petals. The pools are thoroughly cleaned morning and night and the staff are out first thing in the morning cleaning the paths. The maid was lovely - she shaped our night clothes (even the kids) every day into something and there frequently were flowers on the bed.
We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade to the VIP villas as they had run out of the inter-connecting rooms so we had a superb time using the VIP pool and facilities.
Bar staff and waiting staff were so polite and attentive and after a few days we did not even have to order our drinks as they knew what we wanted. 'My little barman' at the bar where we usually got our drinks also taught me some Turkish and brushed up my pronunciation over the 2 weeks. It was a nice touch as got me asking for the drinks and ice creams etc in Turkish, which the staff really appreciated.
Food was best we've had at All Inclusive with lots of choice. You get so see them cooking the meat/fish/chicken at the grill so you know its fresh. At breakfast pancakes and omlettes are made to order. There were only ever queue at breakfast and they were so small that its not a criticism. The A La Carte Restaurants are fantastic - most love the Italian but to be honest my preference was the Turkish.
When we were there, there were only 5 British families the first week and 10 the second. Most of the guests were Turkish, German, Dutch, and Russian. This did not cause us any problems at all but some people were complaining at the lack of Brits. Narrow minded in my opinion, but each to their own.
There was no 'lager lout' fraternity at all, and although some people were drunk there was no bad behaviour, fights, teenagers handing about or anything. But I guess as this is a 5* resort you expect better behaviour.
The highlight of the holiday for my husband was the boccia - he played with a Turkish International Footballer one day, and a Turkish tycoon businessmen with an impossibly beautiful wife the next.
If you are considering going here then I would strongly recommend that you do. There were umpteen pools, great waterslides (with a lifeguard), plenty of different food and drink - afternoon cookies and ice cream service is fab, lots to do or you could just sleep/sunbathe.
All round it ticked every box and we are planning to go back in 2007!
