The hotel was stuck in the 70's, an old aging building with a shower head connected to the sink taps and only went half way up the wall (you couldn't have a full shower without holding the shower head above you) and the room was minimal and old - it didn’t feel very clean. But the mini bar was nice!
The hotel is situated at the top of a mountain so you either have to walk to the town (by Deli metro point) or get a 20 minute bus ride - which was quite often packed. it was cheap though- each metro ride, whether it be train, tram, bus or underground was only about 50p a time.
The hotel reception was helpful to an extent but you felt as if you were imposing.

The hotel is half way up a mountain in a suburb of the city, you need to get a bus or a taxi into the town which takes a good half an hour.
The hotel restaurant is poor, but there is a nicer one in the hotel down the road. The in-hotel facilities look seedy, and the indoor swimming pool looked quite nasty. The rooms are a good size and have a 1970's brown retro decor. The en suite bathroom is adequate. The views over the Danube and the valley are spectacular.
Would recommend to tourists who don't like to be in cities over night, but want them accessible.
