This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Cannot fault anything from the pools, location, restaurants, staff. Karon is much nicer than nearby Patong but it is only a 5 min tuk tuk ride away if you want to go. If you can upgrade to a Cabana room, they are fantastic. Trips which are a must, phi phi island and the elephant Treck. Would definitely go back.
