Lovely hotel with extremely lovely staff. Food excellent. Service amazing. Rooms are good, some better than others. 4 star hotel but staff and facilities worthy of a 5 really.
Was there for Christmas and New Year 2007, and so much effort went into making it wonderful. Beach is great and it is just far enough from town to be quiet but still having all amenities on hand. A truly great place to be.
Chaweng as a town is much busier than I thought it would be, but there are so many restaurants and pubs there is lots of choice.

Well what a holiday!! Thailand itself it an amazing place, but our stay at the Chaba Cabana really left an impression on all 18 of us who flew out there for a wedding!
The staff are so friendly and the resort manager really gets to know his residents and will do anything to make your stay one to remember. The breakfast on a morning was over looking an amazing beach and the selection of food was great! The bar staff around the pool are also so friendly, you don’t even have to get up off your sun lounger to order a drink, a bell is provided!
On the beach there are a selection of ice creams, bbq'd fruit and sweet corn, fresh mango, bananas charged at 50 bart (75p) which is gorgeous!
The wedding was the most amazing and spiritual one anyone had ever seen if anyone is thinking of tying the knot out there, you will not find a better place to do it, believe me! our photos are amazing, the hotel have some fab photos too if you would like to see what they are capable of to ensure your special day is out of this world, just get in touch with the hotel!
I cannot wait to re visit this hotel, hopefully as soon as next year!

Have been to the Chaba Cabana twice. First time in October 2006 and then again in October 2007. On both occasions the hotel was outstanding and the setting is beautiful. We are hoping to return again in August of this year as we are now hooked on this hotel. Once you,ve been you,ll feel the same. Rooms are clean and well equiped and staff are always smiling. Breakfast overlooking the beach is something special as the beach is superb.
