Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel very welcome even when we arrived at 05.30 in the morning. Waiting staff were extremely friendly especially waiter called Abdullah.
Accomadation was very comfortable, even though we only used it as a base to sleep. Whole hotel very clean, staff continuously cleaning floors, toilets and even ashtrays!!
Food was geared more for Germans etc but we found good selection of Turkish food aswell. We did not visit Turkey to eat English food!! even though there was an English menu for a small amount (cheeseburger and chips for only 8 lira, approx £3.50-£4.00)
Very good selection of restaurants in town which was not that far away, only cost 1 lira on the bus.
People from Alanya itself were very friendly towards us and visiting the castle (Kale) and mosques very memorable.
We will most certainly be visiting Kleopatra Dreams Beach Hotel again as soon as possible. 20/10!!

Hotel and Staff were lovely and cleaniness was great. The food wa not offered for brittish holiday makers, as the hotel was full of Germans and Russianns, but if you had a hotel with the majority of germans in you would mainly cater for those. all in all good holiday but wouldnt go back there. its only a 2 pound taxi ride into middle of town, but couldnt find any descent places to eat!!!

Clean hotel with beach just across road. Food quite good with the largest selection of salads we have ever seen. Hot meals disappointing with meat selection very limited. Probably suited to those from Netherlands, Germany and France as they were the huge majority of guests staying here.Maids kept room cleaned daily and very friendly, however reception staff (apart from the girl) were very off-hand. Offered food at 3am on night of arrival if anyone would like it but failed to tell us that on evening of departure we would not be given an evening meal as this 3am offering would be considered as day 7 of our weeks entitlement.On evening of departure we were treated quite shabbily in so far as the bar staff stood over us when they served a soft drink and insisted on payment immediately. Be careful of drinks in Akya bar next door (on right) £35 for 4beers,2 vodka, 2gin,1coke and 2tonics.
Alanya very nice with the normal Turkish shops awaiting your bargaining skills. Hotel more than stated 1.5k from centre.Add on another 1k with very few eating and drinking establishments in the area of the hotel.

Having just come back from our wonderful holiday at the Kleopatra dreams hotel Alanya, the rooms where kept very clean ,the beds where comfortable , the staff where pleasant and always there to help, we only booked half board but upgraded to all inclusive, could not fault our holiday at all weather was in the 40's we where there in Sept , we are both in our 60's and it was just what we wanted , food is european but lovely , the only downfall it is 2hrs from the airport going and 2 and 1/2 going back to airport but other than that it was the best holiday we have ever had.
