I stayed at the Rosslea Country House Hotel a couple of year ago when I was in the Glasgow area. The hotel is situated in a nice plot of land with great views over the Firth of Clyde.
However, that is where the main positives finished during my stay. Unfortunately the hotel was in need of renovation as it appeared that it had not been redecorated for a few years. The room was fairly basic, ok but not comparable with new modern hotels. The food and breakfast was ok.
Overall it was a cheap hotel that is in need of a lick of paint and renovation to bring it up to modern standards.
