I recently got back from Turkey, where we stayed in the Tur Hotel. I couldn't fault a thing! rooms were immaculate and cleaned everyday. only thing would say is the rooms are on the smaller side but a perfect base and definatly clean!!! staff in hotel were lovely! they were accomodating and would help you out as much as they could, great size pool! only a ten/fifteen minute walk to the bars. food in tur is lovely! and over the road is a lovely place called lezet! yum!!!!!!!!
i cant wait to go back!!!

Just got back after a great week and we would recomend Tur Hotel to anybody its as it says on web site small family hotel where everyone is welcome .We came away planning our next trip we had so much fun and made lots of new friends all the staff are great,it was clean the service was great and they would help with anything they could.

To anybody thinkin of using this hotel,i would strongly recommed it because it is exactly what it says it is on the website,blatantly cheap but very clean and above all everything the hotel offered was at least 4/5 in standard ie.pool,food & room ect..
The staff were fantastic too,although one member(not of the permenant staff) was quite aggresive towards a small group of us one morning for (in her opinion)being to noisy and waking her children??!! we're the guests me darlin not you ;0) apart from that it was tip top.

Had the best holiday in the Tur Hotel Kusadasi. Lovely clean hotel, very friendly staff. We found the hotel to be the perfect location, 5 minute walk into town and 5 minute walk to the bus station where you can travel to all the lovely clean beaches, Ladies beach is a must! loved the holiday so much we're already looking to go back in September.

cant understand the poor comments,you get what you pay for and the staff and hotel are fine.this is a 2 star hotel,friendly and clean. yes small rooms and yes they would prefer you bought your drinks at the bar- so what they have to make a living. if you want a cheap,friendly clean hotel in a great location this is the one.if your gonna moan then go pay 4 times the price and more and stay in a 4 star! enjoyed our stay .

The hotel tur is very clean and the staff couldn't do another for you .Kusadasi is a great place to go ,as alively or as quiet as you wish to make it . There are some great resturants and bars , then there bar street. Beaches are lovely and spotless and ladies beach is great for something to eat while watching the sunset.

Just got back from staying at Tur Hotel in Kusadasi and cannot wait to go back again. Upon first impressions the hotel rooms were tiny and the hotel was out of the way but impressions soon changed. The centre of Kusadasi is a maximum 5 minute walk and how much room do you need. Rooms were cleaned every day with a towel change and everything was newly decorated. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, from sexy boss (!!) to nursery. My 8 year old daughter received lots of attention from them. The hotel does not have too many rooms so all guests mix well and as a single mum I never sat on my own. Family who runing hotel they never leave you along. They always looking after to you. You can not fine anywere the wolrd how they looking after to the guests. Yes they don't want the guests brings water and meal at the hotel but please can you look at the price cheap and wonderfull meal.

Our holiday would not of been good without the TUR HOTEL, The staff were fantastic especially boss and his wife they look after to you. Hotel was very very clean, all the staff and family they never leave you along. l enjoned my stay over the last week and l would visit Tur again again. So many they guests coming year after year. l will be doing same after this time. We never had visit before Tur Hotel. The Tur on a number of occasions and everytime it has been brilliant for everbady which we saw. l cant prais the manager and the staff enough they are great. We loved the stay in TUR hotel the food, pool, cleaning, atmosphere 10 stars. we been many time 5 star hotel but tur hotel better than 5 star hotell.

having read the previous bad reviews we were apprehensive about going to hotel tur but it had been arranged by family and felt obliged to go anyway. we neednt have worried - it was spotlessly clean and bedding and towels were changed on a daily basis. yes rooms are small but have everything you need. the pool is fab and well maintained and the staff of this family run hotel treat everyone like family. they were friendly and helpful - there are signs asking you not to bring in outside food and drinks but we found the hotel prices to be cheap and so dont see the need for anyone to do that. it is obvious that they need to keep standards of health and safety for all guests and it would be asking for trouble to try and keep food in hotel rooms without fridges. we met people who have been returning to same hotel year after year some for as long as 10 years and were very happy with it. traditional turkish breakfast is bread, soft cheese, cucumber, olives and tomato - they also serve jam but you can buy cornflakes, bacon sandwiches etc even a full english breakfast for a small fee. As for the previous reviews comment about the whole family being in the hotel reception - these people work 18 hours a day and sometimes longer providing a 24 hour service to their guests - if children were not with them some of the time they would never see them and the children were not intrusive or noisy and helped their parents.

We went to the Hotel Tur and we were very unhappy with the rooms and the cleaning. The reception area was like a living room for the staff they just lounged round watching tv. But when you came back they would tap your bags checking for bottles/food stuff and then try to "CONFISCATE" the goods. The rep told us they couldn't confiscate anything when we told the staff, that's when they started to ignore us. Three days before we came home they turned the pool pump off with no explanation. Would be ok as an 18-30 but no good for families as at the side of the pool there was a 7' drop where the stairs are. The beds are probably made from ply board as are the pillows and the shower cubicles are very tiny. All in all very disappointing.

Would not recommend this hotel at all. We arrived on our first night we had pre booked a cot for are toddler and when we got to our room there was no cot, asked and they said 10 minutes and after waiting for about half an hour went to see were the cot was they told us to wait till tomorrow! So ended up putting 3 beds together for me my husband my 7 year old and our 3 year old as you could imagine we were not comfortable or happy. When the cot arrived the second night it was rusty and dirty there was no room to move at all as they had squashed the cot in between the wardrobe and the 3 beds in a row. The little table they had in the room was now squashed in the corner along with our pram.
The rest of the holiday in the hotel was just as poor we tried to order food at 8.30pm and told us no despite being 24 hours, the reception was taken up by their own family who didn't move as they were either watching tv or playing cards.
The only food they did serve was deep fried, bacon butties, chips etc. Went for breakfast some mornings and it consists of watered down cordial, bread, some tiny slices of cucumber and tomato and little packets of horrible jam. The room was never cleaned mopped or brushed, all they did was straighten the bed sheets and towels.
As for the pool there is no shallow end, I am 5 foot and it came to my chin so not ideal for babies or toddlers also it was freezing as it didn't get no sun during the day to warm it up. Would definitely not go back to this hotel ever, worst experience, they just cant be bothered with you at all.

Excellent family hotel, very friendly!! Well impressed with the cleaning service and the change of towels most days. They also serve very nice food with good choice and is very cheap. Good entertainment..also not far from the centre - 5 minute walk..
I would recommend this hotel for couples or families as it is a nice quiet family atmosphere ...lovely big pool with a kids' pool. I would definitely go back to this hotel. Thanks for a great holiday.

Spent family holiday at Hotel Tur for a week, first impressions were better than expected; until we got to reception and found out there was no air-con - had to pay £8 per room for fan and we had 3 rooms. (Not happy!)
Rooms very clean but small. Breakfast well, there was only 2 days that we had boiled egg the rest of the time was bread, cheese, jam, cucumber and tomatoes and powdered juice. Food at snack bar (around the pool) was nice but very expensive; compared to outside the hotel especially fizzy pop, water, ice creams and lollies where the management charged treble the price as compared to the local shop around the corner.
The staff were ok apart from the women who owned it. She wanted to check your bags every time you came in from the outside, checking for food and drinks she will try and take it off you - so be warned (hide it well and don't put it in a black plastic bag).
I read the comments before coming out to hotel and I was all excited to see the sexy barber but I couldn’t find him as none of them were sexy!
As for the overall holiday it was in an excellent location close to town, shops and bars (especially Golden Oldies) and the market was just around the corner on a Wednesday.
If the hotel was to upgrade i.e. air-con, more variety breakfast and lower prices on the essentials it would be an excellent hotel A++.

Went to Hotel Tur last year and will be retuning again.
First impressions weren’t that good but my views soon changed.
All staff were friendly and had a laugh watching the crazy barber and the gorgeous Jimmy behind the bar!! Really looking forward to my return this year.
The main town was really close and I only being 18 was a real good night out. Everyone in Turkey is friendly and you can enjoy a good time.
If you enjoy shopping then its shops galore, from your designer clothes to the markets where you can haggle and get them for quite a cheap price.
