beeng oing to turkey a lot of years and in my experience this was a brillian hotel to stop in. The staff were very helpful and always had a laugh. The food was very nice and rooms were average but lovely to stop in.

we arivved at night so when we got there it was quiet and it was very hot. all the staff there are very friendly and helpfull.the apartments are immaculate and tidy.shower room was great and the bedrooms were roomy and a great view from the window . food from the bar below our room was good and had a wide selection. the pool was the ultimate thing of this hotel it was incredible. cleaned everynight.overrall this is a brilliant hotel.

just returned from club bozok over a week ago, it was end of season and i was the only guest there. had been in the height of season as well. as before lovely spacious rooms, clean, well stocked bar even though i dont drink and great food. also great pool area and childrens pool. staff are great but ahmed is really hands on and really looked after me, i couldnt have asked for more. it was just perfect, amazing.

From the minute we arrived at the appartments we had nothing but great experiences. All the staff were very friendly, much as you would expect in Turkey, but with that little bit extra. The rooms were extremely clean and housekeeping was regular. Any problems we had were resolved immediately without any query. Food was great and the chef was fantastic for my veggie friend. Never had pancakes like i had in The Club Bozok Appts. We had many laughs around the bar of an evening and the staff and managers told us some amazing stories. Looking forward to seeing the lads again soon. The N. Irish Angels

The Apartments, had all you needed if anything was not in your Apartment then you only had to ask for it, the rooms were cleaned every day and the bedlinin was changed twice a week with the towls, nothing was to much for the staff they were very helpful,they even organised a birthday party for us nothing was to much trouble, we WILL be going back

We have just returned from club bozok we had a brilliant time, this was our second family visit we stayed there last year (once there, it was great to meet familys again from last year and renew acquaintances). the standards were even higher than last year, clean rooms. Happy/freindly and helpful staff. Fantastic views over the surrounding hills from our room and pool. The food was first class and the English breakfast set you up for the day. Mehmet and nihat in reception were always helpful and in good humour. Great value for money , thank you all at bozok for making our holiday so special.

I have been to turkey 10 times and to gumbet previously with no concerns, loved the place. It was ashamed I had this experience because it had put me off.
I definitely will never be going again, hotel was ok it’s self we had cockroaches and had to move rooms and still had them when moved. Their was an infestation behind work surface and staff told us "it’s hot here and we always have them", as far as im aware they are vermian. We also had ants in the room. We had to move our beds into centre of room put tissue paper in holes and windows, had to put towels under doors, we could her them at night in our room.
Staff at hotel bar were always talking about the guests and if you had a concern were unhelpful. They only wanted to no when you were handing over money, they were all money driven.
We had money stolen out of our hotel room.
we went out for a walk and saw English and Turkish people fighting and police came and arrested English people and while police man handcuffed man Turkish man stabbed the English man right in front of us it was petrifying.

Just back from two weeks at Club Bozok - and extremely impressed. Rooms were clean and very spacious, bar was brilliant - food at good prices and fantastic, friendly staff. The pool, lounging area (outdoors) and bar (opens onto pool area)are actually on the second floor of the building, the only access being via ground floor reception (24 hrs) so are entirely safe and secure, giving children (and their parents!) lots of freedom. This also gives privacy, sound protection - Gumbet's roads are currently being rebuilt - and a welcome breeze not afforded by other roadside hotels. There are plenty shops, and supermarkets to stock your kitchen too. A Professional Masseur was available daily for an on site massage! As with all pools - beware surrounding tiles are very slippy when wet. Highly recommend this resort!

I have just got back from a 2 week holiday in Gumbet, Turkey. We stayed in the Club Bozok Apartments. The hotel is very clean and has helpful staff who can speak english pretty well. The rooms are cleaned everyday and are sufficient. There are 2 pools a small kids one and a big one which is 6ft deep all round (no shallow end). The pool bar/restaurant serves food all day and is pretty reasonably priced. Although it was advertised as regular entertainment, there was none!
But the highlight of our holiday was a little restaurant 5 minutes down the road called The Family Door. The staff are really friendly with great english and the chef is the best in Turkey!! If i could have got him in my suitcase i would have done!! They will do anything for you and are very accomodating, prime example was when i had a meal elsewhere which i ended up sending back, we went there at 11pm and they cooked me a meal no problem. We did try other restaurants while we were there but none compared. The bacon butties and the steak in particular are to die for!! If you go to Gumbet you must try it!!!
