High Mill

Dear Clients, I just read your review for our family hotel.Maybe the towels were not so soft, because they might have been more in the drying machine.This can happen to any hotel even if it is A' class.As it concerns that you were locked inside the bathroom, you are wrong because there is a string, that when you pull it , the reception is informed right away( it is inside my parents room were they sleep, just next to the reception).So they would be right away informed and would help you out immediately.Also the lock is an automatic machine that can break or cause a problem, that does not mean that is our fault or we do not care about it.Besides in the lock there is a special incision that you could open on your own. You mentioned that there was not light in the night.This is a terrible lie, because how would the clients reach their room after a night out?We also have clients that go out , and return late at night.So imagine if there were no lights,what would happen.All lights are open in the night so the clients can see.Also there is no point having the lights off beause the hotel does not earn anything from it.About the breakfast we have milk, french coffee, nescafe, greek coffee, orange juice, sour cherry juice, plenty variety of teas( tea with fruits,green tea,e.t.c),marmelade with lots of flavours(strawberry,orange, e.t.c),honey,corn flakes,ham and cheese, boilled eggs,stewed fruit(compote),yogurt, white and brown bread, sugar, and machine for toast.Maybe these are not enough for you? Can you mention please what else you would like for breakfast, so we can include it?It is a pity that during your stay you seemed happy and did not mention anything of what you wrote on your review, because if you mentioned your problems we would talk to you explain you and solve the problem for you.Thank you very much and hope your next trip to Greece would be as you expect.
