Alkyoni Beach Hotel

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, if a little lethargic (you are in Greece after all). The location is excellent if being close to town and busy beaches are your bag! St George beach is best avoided unless you are related to a Sardine. Naxos Town is wonderful however and the hotel is well located within easy walking distance. The Alkyoni Hotel is about 50 metres from Ag Georgios Beach in Naxos Town. It is a very pretty, traditionally styled hotel with gorgeous gardens and small self contained apartments. Each apartment has its own bathroom and terrace. The room was not overly large but well appointed with a television, airconditioning, refrigerator and other furniture. The 'double bed' was two singles pushed together but I think this is very common in Greece.
