Aeolos Hotel

The rooms were clean and neat, the pool area was fantastic and the owner Panos was very friendly. He was always at hand for help day and night. His hotel is definately one to go and see and the breakfast is good. Thankyou to Panos and Nina for making our stay very comfortable and we will see you again. Sonia and Adrian Australia

The owner/manager was so helpful and hospitable it felt like staying at an exclusive apartment - he called while we were en route to confirm the time to be picked up on arrival, showed us three rooms to choose from on arrival at the hotel, welcomed us with a bottle of wine on the house and was extremely kind and helpful the entire stay, arranging car hire, providing maps and information, ending up with taking us to the port to catch our ferry. I came to Mykonos with my wife for honeymoon, once we set off from the port, the hotel had already arranged transportation to the hotel free of charge. When we arrived the hotel, the owner greet us in a very friendly manner and prepare one of his best room to us! Since we need to take some wedding photos on the other day, the owner drive us to the windmill personally and offer to drive us back when we had finished! I checked out reviews here and on other sites and found this hotel as a great bargain, and for offering pickup from Mykonos airport. I was greeted by the owner/operator in his car to pick me up, and checked in to my room. Nice lobby with full bar, the girl made some killer cappuccino freddos when I was heading out. Super-clean pool area with nice views from all rooms... marble flooring, clean room and linens, and noticeably a smoke-free room. Very attentive staff. This is a lovely hotel,you are made welcome from the moment you arrive. Lovely rooms, great breakfasts(and lunches)Panos even drove us into town when we were going down at the same time.A very good hotelier and we would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone. Walking downhill into town takes about 15 mins but a taxi back is between €4-5 so its worth taking it back up the hill.

Me and my friend Mario (BOTH heterosexuals) stayed in Aeolos last year and it was simply amazing. The overal quality of the services and facilites, transport us to an incredible stay. We won a new best friend called Panos, the Mr, the great, the general, the gentle, Mr. Manager of this hotel. The hotel breeds is spirit of humanity and kindness. This was the best stay of our entire trip - mainly down to the amazing owner Panos. He picked us up from the ferry and dropped us back (hours after we had checked out) and even went the extra mile to help us recover an image cd which was in a bag we had stolen (later in trip). He will also organise rental bikes to be delivered to the hotel for you and gets a good rate for them to. The room was great and one of the few in Greece that actually has a real double bed. Hotel Aeolos made our stay in Mykonos! It is a smaller hotel with incrediable personal service; everytime we passed the front desk we were greeted by name. We spent our anniversary at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised with flowers and a cake!!! The hotel itself is situated a pleasant (but uphill) 10 minute walk from town (an easy 3 euro cab ride home.) There is a great pool which most of the rooms face. We stayed at the Aeolos hotel for five nights and wished we could have stayed longer. A quaint hotel with clean, spacious, immaculate rooms. The owner "Panos" is fantastic. You instantly feel like part of a family. He bends over backwards to make your stay amazing. His staff (Nina) was also very helpful, welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. This hotel is situated at the top of a big hill at the back of town so its fine walking down hill but quiet along way back up still taxi about 4 euro,the rooms are clean and comfy some with sea views they are kept very clean there is alovely swimming pool ,nice lounge area all kept spotless but what sets this hotel is the frendley service from all the staff,we were met at the airport and dropped off at the port for no charge,we really enjoyed our stay here.
