The most fantastic hotel I have been too, in a seriously under rated city! I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to book direct with the hotel, and make full use of the spa - a sight in itself.

I stayed three nights at this hotel as part of a 'love and romance' package. I had a few concerns before we arrived, one was snotty staff, and the other was an impersonal feeling which you find at so many top inner city hotels (Ritz, Savoy etc).read more
