We had several items stolen from our luggage from the room on the last day of our visit. As we realised that after leaving the hotel, the customer services (worst I have ever seen) refused to do anything. They won't even let us have a copy of their complaint procedure... more

I had read a lot of poor reviews of this hotel before we travelled and I was quite concerned. Imagine my relief when we arrived and everything was fine! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Everyone we spoke to spoke english readily and fluently which is useful if... more

We stayed at the santa fe for four days in June 2011 and booked there as we were just looking for somewhere basic and clean, not too far from the park. Found it to be absolutely fine - what we were expecting. The hotel complex is quite large and finding the room when we... more

We went outside school term time June 2011. Stay was good overall, but my room was invaded by ants - they got everywhere even crawled over my face when asleep, but no alternate rooms to swap to - yeuch! I agree breakfast is a cattle market - food ok, no fresh fruit only... more

Rooms clean but very outdated. Needing a bit of a facelift. Food good but felt like queing for school dinners - grab a try and a plate when you get 'let in' to the canteen then hunt the table to sit down. Staff were very friendly and helpful though. as a base for the... more

Just returned from 3 nights staying in the santa fe and found it great. After reading some of these reviews was slightly worried, but it was clean, plenty of space and fresh towels everyday. We arrived at 12 noon and checked in straight away. The hotel had plenty to keep... more

Fantastic, Great, Excellent....
If you have a family and your children are over seven years old, this is a holiday you'll never forget and will be sad to leave, there are Disney characters roaming around the lobby , when you enter the hotel will be shown to your room straight away, there's also picture stops in the lobby, the food is limited but nice, its very dear there about €27 for an 8 inch teddy. In the hotel theres an outdoor playground, arcade, shop (full of snacks, drinks, teddies, and other disney items), a restuarant, a bar, and a luggage minder. The buses to... more
Generally Poor
The Santa Fe is laid out much like an American motel with a main block housing reception and other areas, and the rooms laid out over the rest of the site to a maximum of two stories high. If you’ve ever travelled in the U.S. then the standard is similar but not quite up to the ‘Motel 6’ chain. The rooms are small, very small, but adequate although the furnishing is basic and in our room quite shabby. There is no aircon which may be an issue in the warmer months, although small panel heaters are provided for the winter. The... more
Pleasantly surprised
Bit wary of this hotel, as it's the cheapest of the onsite hotels at DP, and we hadn't been that impressed by the Cheyenne ( the one above it) on a previous visit. As it was, we were pleasantly surprised. It was fairly cheap and cheerful, but the accommodation was of a pretty good standard, the place was clean, and my daughters really liked the Mexican-style theme. The food was good, although the restaurant can get a bit chaotic at peak times, and the characters showed up in the lobby at regular intervals. No complainst with... more
Hey The Santa Fe is OK
Very pleased with this hotel, the rooms were clean and bed linen changed every day. Ok breakfast might seem a bit chaotic but once you realise where everything is then everything is easier on subsequent days. I would recommend walking to the parks along the river, its very peaceful. All in all, with 4 day park passes included with my booking it was good value for money in my opinion and will book again.
A very fun time
Just returned from a 4 day midweek trip to Disneyland Resort Paris via the direct Eurostar from Waterloo and we loved it. We choose this week as there were no special 'Kids go free' or '4 nights for 5' offers on at it is was just after Easter holidays, so guested that the Parks would be quiet, and we were right. The luggage service from the train station to Disney hotels is realy worth taking advantage off as you can go straight to the park when you arrive. We stayed at the budget hotel Santa Fe which is what we expected a... more
Awesome
Cheapest hotel at DLP, but not shabby. Free Breakfast was plentiful, reception was great, staff was very helpful. Room was clean and a pleasant 10 minute walk to the Park. Easy acces via RER, TGV, or VEA bus to Paris/Airports. Would stay here again. I see no reason in spending more for the 'better' DLP hotels.
fantastic
We stopped at hotel santa fe in disney land paris, we had a fantastic time, everyone was very helpfull. the rooms were very clean and very warm the restaurant offered a good choice of food ,the only problem was meal times were very busy, you had a free bus to take you to disneyland from your hotel but if you walk along the river it only takes you 10 mins, we enjoyed it si much we are going back agian in march 2006 we had a exellent time and would reccommend this hotel to everyone brilliant value... more
Don't be put off by the exterior of the building
On arrival at the Santa Fe your first impression is that it looks like prison buildings. However once inside the rooms are adequately furnished and very warm (we were there in March 2005 and the weather was freezing) - it was lovely to walk into a lovely warm room. The Santa Fe is quite a walk to Disney Village and the Parks but I would think in the summer it is quite nice as you walk along a riverbank to get to Disney Village. Disneyland Paris is a magical resort and not to be missed. One word of advice regarding the Navette shuttle to... more
Good value for the price
This hotel was good value for the price- the room was clean and spacious. The only annoying thing was the breakfast hall which was just packed full and had dirty trays piled high on all the tables- we ended up skipping breakfast on the second morning the 'canteen' was so horrible. Didn't eat dinner in the lodge, disney village was far better (Billy Bobs buffet was excellent value and excellent food). The hotel offered a perfect base for exploring disneyland paris however if you are not bothered about skipping breakfast!!
Great staff but a lodge, not a hotel
For a Disney hotel the standard of accommodation is functional but poor. The rooms are somewhat faded despite being enthusiastically cleaned every day. There are no extras provided other than soap and towels so bring your own shampoo, showercaps etc. If you have ever experienced a UK Travel Lodge, trust me, it will have been a considerably better room than the one that you're about to experience. Check in is slow, expect it to take 30 - 60 mins. "Informations" desk staff are great, very helpful. The breakfast room is functional but... more
