JAsper INN was excallent. Rooms clean comfortable and well furnished. The open wood fire in our apartment was an excallent bonus. It was great sitting at nite looking out at the snow falling in front of an open fire.
The bar and restaruant facilites were excallent food was resonably priced and delicious. The skiers breakfast was a great start to the day and with breakfast starting at 7am perfect for catching the first shuttle to Marmot Basin.
I found the staff at the jasper in very friendly and helpful no matter the time of the day or the sillyness of the request.
The pool and sauna facalities were a great way to unwind after a hard day on the slopes.
Everything in the jasper inn from the ski lockers to the laundry machines was well maintained and guests are very well looked after.
Its only a short walk to downtown jasper to a varied selection of bars and restruants. The food is great anywere you choose to eat and the people always friendly. Totem ski shop on Connaght Drive stocks all you will need for your sking holidays and they know there stuff if your looking to buy or rent.
Another good day out is snowmobiling with the guys from Vicious Cycle on Connaght Drive. The cracks good on the journey there and back and once you hit the deep power on the mountains they are the perfect gudes and make for a really enjoyabel day.
All in all JAsper is a lovely place even for the non skiers in the group there plenty to do and see.
I cant recamment it highely enough and cant wait to be back in Jan 09

Back in jasper again skiing in Marmot Basin After 16 hours traveling to get here. We checked in to a and where given the keys to our chalet for the next 11 Days.
After previous trips to the jasper Inn i was amazed at the difference in the chalet from only a few minor alterations. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy as expected. The bed soft and comfortable and the sofa bed providing a equally comfortable nights sleep.
The Jasper Inn is desigined for all and the staff are friendly and polite.
After a good nights sleep we headed over for breakfast.
Continental breakfast is included in our holiday and you can easily upgrade to hot cook breakfast for a few bucks.
As always there was plenty of cereal and fruit topped off with croissants and plenty of coffee to get you started for the long days skiing.
After ariving back from the mountain mid afternoon its a quick change and in to the hotels pool / hot tub. The staff can not be fulted here either the pool area is always clean and tidy and well stocked with fresh towels. A brisk swim and a long soak in the hot tub is enough to relax the tired mussels. A visit to the sauna / steam room and again there is nothing to complain about everything is clean and tidy and as you would expect.
We sampled the evening meals in the Inn restruant a couple of times and the cooking is exquisit. The chef really knows how to cook and its good to while away a few hours with a Kookanee.
House keeping cleans and tidys the rooms every day and supply new fresh towels each afternoon meaning you never have to use the same towel twice for a shower.
The seneary around Jasper is amazing and on many a evening we where able to sit in our room and watch Elk grazing right outside our window (an experiance not to be missed)
All in all the Jasper Inn can not be faulted in any way and i lookforward to my next stay in January 2011.
