Club Marival Puerto Vallarta Hotel

The staff was incredible always helpful. Lots of good food and entertainment, it has busy areas but quieter ones also. The resort was full but it didn't seem over run with people. The beach was great, again not packed with people. If safety and cleanliness is your concern? Relax and enjoy, I have 2 daughters in their late teens and I felt comfortable letting them do there thing even late into the night, the security is outstanding. I was at the Grand Marival in April 2003 and I had a wonderful time!!! Everything was great from the food (especially the Italian restaurant) and drinks to the nightly entertainment. I recommend booking horseback riding first thing in the morning if you are interested because it seemed to fill up quite quickly and I was not able to go - a bit disappointing!!! I stayed at the Grand and Club Marival in June of 2002. We had a great time. The staff was great, especially the bartenders. The entertainment was comical, nothing too great. The food was good. The Bellavista (Italian a la carte) was the best. All in all, it was a great resort. Perfect for what we were looking for. We would definitely go back.
