The reception staff we unfriendly the room was clean but we didn’t realise that our beds would get made up each day but the rest of the room only gets cleaned on departure. The restaurant was closed therefore we had to go to the next door hotel for breakfast and to use the restaurant for any other meals. The breakfast was poor with little choice of fruit or cold meats although the fresh bread was delicious.
There was very little hot food on display. We chose therefore to have our meals in our room after that since we could buy a better variety for breakfast from the nearby local shop.
Since the restaurant was closed there was no room service available. The bar in the hotel was nice and the staff friendly although we waited a long time to get served and we were the only couple in at the time. The drinks were also wrong when they arrived.
The hotel had a games room but you had to pay per hour for any game you wished to use.
The hotel regularly had a smell of drains. We will not be using this hotel again.
