Nikitas Tourist Apartments are ideal for anyone looking for a small, friendly hotel to relax and enjoy a nice vacation. It is pleasantly decorated and ideally located in the area of Ayia Napa, within walking distance from the golden beaches of the area and very near to the shops, pubs, restaurants, banks, supermarkets and many more.

Comfortable accommodation is provided in 12 one bedroom apartments and 6 studios. Each apartment/studio has a fully equipped kitchenette with gas cooker/ oven, refrigerator, private bath / shower & w.c., balcony, twin bedded room.

I’ve been a frequent visitor to Cyprus for over 30 years now, firstly staying in Famagusta in the early seventies, before the Turkish invasion. During the last ten years my wife and I have tried our best to visit the island at least twice a year.
