Quite possibly the most dire hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying in throughout the course of my life.
The rooms were about as big as a large closet and the only good aspect was the air conditioning, which spat water onto who ever happened to be beneath it. The balcony was a whopping 3ft x 6ft, with just enough room for one person and a chair.
The staff were inattentive and some were bordering on rude. This said however, there were a few members of staff who were very friendly and did actually make an attempt to cater for our needs.
By my count, there were about 3 members of staff who spoke a sufficient amount of English to be of any help. The beach is said to be private, which is a bare faced lie, as you will often see locals, people from other hotels, and practically any other type of person you can think of on the 'private' beach.
The food was bland and tasteless, and all members of my holiday party concluded that every single dessert was actually the same type of food just with different colouring.
The animation team were a severe disappointment, with anyone who happened to watch their evening show having to be put on suicide watch. I would not recommend this hotel at all and would advise you to spend your well earned money on a break somewhere else, unless you wish to be severely disappointed.

Aimed at the German Population but don't let this put you off as most of the staff speak good English and we had a great time trying to converse with the Germans by playing charades/pictionary. Lol. Our holiday was excellent, Fantastic Hotel and service. The staff are friendly and made my 20 month old daughter feel like she was the princess of the resort.
Myself and my partner are fussy eaters but there was some food that we could eat. My brother ate well and enjoyed all the food.
All in all we had a great time, The weather was lovely, the views fantastic the only real grumble was the fact that the private beach is not golden sand but full of stones and pebbles but as we spent most of our time around the Waterslide pool this wasn't too much of a problem.
We were told the staff are not allowed to take tips, but if you want to get served quickly at the main bars bribes of chocolate bars did seem to help. ;)

Overall we had a good holiday but the hotel was a bit of a disappointment. It’s definitely not a 5* hotel.
It is aimed at the Germans - in fact we were one of only two British couples there. All TV, entertainment etc was in German too so if you have bad weather like we did then your a bit stuck. The hotel is also 13km from Alanya and situated on a very busy main road with no shops or any sort of civilisation near by!
On the positive we really enjoyed the food. There was a large selection to cater for most tastes. We also loved the health spa they have and the massages are lovely.
