Booked two nights in a studio apartment for the Wine Festival, and visiting relatives. On arrival ( 2.30 p.m.) the room had not been cleaned, or the bed linen changed, after the previous occupants had departed! Complained at Reception, and within 5 mins. two maids appeared,... more
