My friend and I booked into the Evi Hotel expecting to save money, as we went all inclusive...How sadly mistaken we were! We ate out every night that we were there! The food was absolutely horrendous and made my friend ill the one night that she did decide to try it, I however did not try the food as it did not look edible.
On a high note, overall Hotel Evi was a nice place to stay, very clean and tidy, and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and Bar’s etc The only major down side to Hotel Evi, is the food standards.
With regards to the staff, most of them were helpful and pleasant…Especially the cleaners!!
I have rated Hotel Evi 4/10....And thats being generous!

If you are English do not go to Evi hotel. We were the only English family to have been there this year.
The majority of people were German and we experienced how rude they can be. There was no entertainment throughout our week there.
The food was horrible the local beer was ok. We went all inclusive but ate out 6 nights.
They did not cater for kids, only had ice cream. The room was basic and falling to pieces with plug sockets hanging of the wall and the shower was always cold.
The staff were not friendly to English apart from the maid who was lovely and the friendliest person in the whole hotel.
Faliraki itself is great and would probably go again but even if we were paid to go back to the Evi we wouldn’t.

Rooms were not renovated old furniture and bathrooms were dirty... Apartments for families far from the main building and windows view on the main road!!! Very loudly! Food very poor, every day the same, only cakes were acceptable. Reception service and hotel owner were very unpleasant. Only Bar service and room service was ok – no complains. Swimming Pool big and clean, but in the around many cats and even chicken which make mess on the grass. From hotel is very far to the beach…and crowed roads without pavements. Be careful when you buy something in the hotel shop – no complains accepted even if product is not good quality! I do not recommend this hotel Evi for vacation. I really advice you to avoid this place.
