We stayed in this Hotel as we were moved by Direct Holidays as our booked hotel - Esperides beach went all inclusive and we didn't want all inclusive.
First of all thanks to direct hols. This is the best hotel we've ever stayed in. Not to run down the Esperides Beach (4*).But this is a class above. The minute you walk in the lobby...Class... Beautiful pillars, mirrors, art work, First class seating. Tranquil and relaxed very well run and immaculately cleaned.
We were given a family room on floor 7...The minute we walked in ...WOW! It was actually 2 double rooms knocked into one. Massive .2 triple mirrored wardrobes. 2tvs (but only sky news shown in English).free electronic safety deposit box. Bathrobe each. Complementary wine & fruit. WC and separate bathroom with another WC.
I have to state I’ve stayed in some really good 4* accommodation. This is the best and cleanest. A thick pile carpet on bedroom area ground vacuumed immaculate every day. Fresh towels every day. Complementary beach towel to use changed 4 times a week. The room was cleaned every day the same as if a new guest was arriving.
The hotel had its own section of the beach immaculately kept (sand & stones) 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor, lazy river. Litter bins empted by maids at least 5 times a day. Sunbeds on beach and pool were free to hotel guests.
Dining was an absolute dream. Greek buffet Mon & Fri. Rest of the time appetisers (which could be eaten as meals) at buffet. Then a choice of 3 dishes e.g. salmon, lasagne, or beef Stronganoff. Cakes etc were beautiful. All top quality food. Service by waiter best ever.
The resort itself was about 3km outside Faliraki. No rowdys.5 euro in taxi. It was quite a few bars, shops, etc.
I have to state most guests were German... very few English. This don’t bother us.
In summary. A top class hotel suitable for a relaxing holiday. If you want top Quality and get a chance to go here GO! Unfortunately I don't think many British tour operators have the use of this Hotel.

After looking for reviews on this hotel before we went I was a bit worried as there did not seem to be any. But I can honestly say this hotel was the best hotel I have ever stayed in!
The staff are very helpful and there is nothing bad I could possibly say. I would highly recommend this hotel to couples or groups of friends, but if you have children I would recommend Esperides which is just next door which is fantastic for children and they would never get board. Don't worry if you have already booked Esperos though the children can use Esperides.
Esperos is in a very good location as if you feel like a quiet night in you can just stay in the hotel and still have plenty to do or if you fancy a good night out you can get the bus into Faliraki for 1 euro which is not at all like the rumours you hear about it, it's fantastic.
We went on a day trip to Turkey which was the only bad part of our holiday, some of the Turks are very rude, the heat is unbearable and as we were on our way back to the boat we were roped into looking after a taxi rank for an hour (seriously, it's a good job we were early for the boat) and as Rhodes gets windy towards the end of the day it felt as though the boat was going to tip over which was not a nice experience.
But Rhodes is a fantastic holiday and Esperos Palace is a fantastic hotel we will be going back next year. I would tell everyone to go into Rhodes Town as it is a fantastic day out and the bus stop is right outside the hotel.
In all Esperos is a beautiful hotel and in an excellent location, just wish I was still there!

We have just got back from our second visit to the Esperos Palace, it is a really lovely hotel. I can't understand why more English people don't stay there, maybe they just don't know about it. It is in an excellent location, 5-10 mins from Faliraki and 20mins to Rhodes. It is peaceful and beautifully decorated throughout ( some rooms have yet to be redecorated though), many areas have been completely refurbished since 2007,one of the bars, main restaurant, one of the pools and the outside eating area. It is a lovely hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful, the food is delicious, the surroundings are beautiful and the grounds kept impeccably tidy. It has a lazy river and two outdoor and one indoor pool, the lazy river passes by the paradiso beach bar where you can stop and drink. There are activities throughout the day, water aerobics, darts, volleyball etc, you can join in or not and you are never badgered to do anything. We have teenagers and they went into Faliraki every night and the taxi back is only 5 euros, we chose to stay at the hotel and enjoy a relaxing time, sometimes there was entertainment by the beach , but often it was just nice to sit outside and drink cocktails. I would recommend this hotel ,give it a try, you wont be dissappointed.
