Hotel is clean and staff are very nice. It is not great for families as there is not a great deal for the kids. The pictures look great on the brochures but in reality the playground is rough and the kids pool is the most ridiculous design I've ever seen, it is built over a meter deep then half filled with water with one ladder to climb out on, you can not sit back and watch your kids playing as you can not see them in there! The entertainment is very cheesy. Faliraki itself is rough and the only place to eat is 'Minolas' for traditional Greek food of a high standard, get there early though as it gets very busy even when everywhere else is empty. The Popeye boat trip is great for 2 hours, great crew onboard and very friendly.
