Kivotos Club Hotel

During our stay we noticed many features of the hotel that make it, in our opinion, unsafe for children under the age of 10 and anyone with a disability. Few of the stone stairs (even spiral staircases) have handrails. Falls from these stairs could be up to 10 ft (3 meters) The decking that provides the terraces down to the beach have no proper barriers to prevent falls of 6 ft (2 meters) or more. nice hotel but wrong attitude . strongly recommend not to visit unless you like to spend money for nothing

We have spend 7 days for our honeymoon at Kivotos and I have to say that the stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Upon our arrival at the airport, we were greeted by a very welcoming hotel representative driving us with a limo car and offering us cold towels to refresh ourselves (small details that definitely make the difference). I am an early retired widowed man travelling at least 60 days per year. I had visited this property last year and I had left with mixed feelings. I revisited Kivotos 18-21.05.06 mostly because of my lady friend's wish. I cant believe the change. The Chef is a two star Michelin.! I even discussed and designed our private dinner menu with him. I would not not recommend this hotel under any circumstance to anyone. We paid more than 700 dollars a night and it was the biggest rip off ever. The staff was so incompetent, I have never seem a hotel so badly managed in my life. It's a shame because the location is beautiful, but the staff is so "rude" and "indifferent", the food so bad, the matresses so hard, the towels so old, the AC so . Our bathroom had three spot lights dangling, there was no curtain (imagine the Mykonos sun at 8am). I was not only outraged, but angry after I left.... more

my husband and I stayed at the kivotos club at the beginning of august.We chose this hotel from articles that I had read. Since it was our first time in Mykonos, we didn't know any better. Let's start with our room. The view was okay but the room was as basic as you could get. Club med rooms are nicer! This would be okay, except we paid over 600 euros for this room. If you stay at this hotel, make sure you get a renovated room. What a world of difference! You could not even compare the two and I felt that they had alot of nerve... more

If you are visiting Kivotos in the off season and paying no more than $250 - $300 a night, then this is the place for you. We payed close to $700 for a room with a mattress like a cement block and bathroom that two of us could not stand in at once with a moldy shower curtain. When we complained about the bed to numerous people and the manager nothing was done about it. We literally couldn't sleep the whole time we were there. Kivotos Clubhotel in Mykonos made my vacation in June truly marvelous! From the moment we checked in through to the time we reluctantly left 7 days later we experienced the highest level of service from.the manager Menelos, Thomas,Alex & Martin. The Hotel has loads of individual features & beautiful gardens. Our room(75) was very romantic with a large bathroom. Every day just got better than the one before thanks to the attention to small detail by every member of staff, we now have so many happy memories of our first visit to Mykonos. Thanks to all.

Where do I begin? Well how about the room -: 1. Size was the kind of thing I would expect in Tokyo not a resort. I'd say it was more expensive, per Sq foot than the Ritz in Paris. (ooh and NOWHERE NEAR as good) 2. The bathroom. Absolute disgrace doesn't begin to describe how bad this excuse for a bathroom was. Seriously the kind of thing you'd expect in a 1* dive in Naples.
