We stayed in a great little apartment...

We stayed in a great little apartment at this hotel in June. It is pretty basic, but was clean.
The hotel is very well situated, but the best bit, without doubt, is the swimming pool on the roof terrace. This also has a nice bar that serves a good range of food and drink and is very competitively priced.
I enjoyed staying here, it was well maintained with friendly staff and a mixed/gay clientele. Very relaxed atmosphere. Ask for a room up high with a view over the town - spectacular views from your balcony.
I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at Hotel Cenit in early Sept for a long weekend with a couple girlfriends. We just wanted a simple place to stay as we planned to spend most of our time at beach and clubs. For that purpose it worked fine. Definitely very no-frills rooms, mattresses were rather hard and bed linens pretty flimsy. The pool area is clean but pretty limited. We didn't spend any time there.
We found the location pretty reasonable for making our daily trek to Playa d'En Bossa. Obviously staying there would have been more convenient but lots more expensive.
Will say that reception was really helpful -- we came in very late on flight from UK and got immediate help figuring out the club scene for that night and rest of weekend
