We arrived at these apartments at 3am and didn't have enough bed linen, pillows and the towels were not clean. Going back down to reception the man had gone home and we had to wait until the next morning.
The room had loads of ants and it was very dusty, on pulling the 4th bed out it seemed this room hadn't been cleaned properly in ages. On the balcony there was about 200 cigarette ends.
Sun loungers were taken by the Spanish who seem to own some of the apartments, and one family was told to move their towels by the baby pool as it was reserved for this Spanish family.
On leaving the apartments we were unable to keep the room on for a late check out and had to use the courtesy room which was absolutely disgusting, it hadn't been cleaned in ages.
The location isn't too bad about 10 - 15 min walk into the main centre, which is very lively. We spent most of our evenings up in the Europa Centre which was more for families; a taxi was about 3.50 euro.
