I booked this hotel August 2007 for a group of 35 for my Mother's 60th.
3 weeks before going, I receive an email saying we will not be staying here as hotel is overbooked. We will be staying in the sister hotel.
No apology, no explanation, no compensation.
After about 30 phone calls it was clear the manager RAUL did not care. He was rude, unpfrofessional and had a bad attitude- very unhelpful.
We when arrived at the sister hotel I went to try and see the manager to get some answers. I dealt with Dolores who was just as useless, No explanation, no apology,no compensation for spoiling my Mother's 60th Birthday celebrations.
Received very bad treatment from this hotel- quite disgraceful!
Unreliable and untrustworthy!
