Costa Luz Apartments

We have just returned from a week in the Costa Luz Apartments, Puerta Del Carmen. The accommodation was clean and well equiped and if we were looking for a cheap week away we would certainly consider going back to these apartments. The location is good because it is on beach and is near many bars and restaurants. The best restaurants are, however, at the other end of the town by the harbour but it is only a short taxi ride (4 Euros). The apartments are on a headland and as such the beach is exposed. The pool is relatively sheltered so it is not too bad. The weather at the end of March is generally dry but some cloud clover during the day can be expected. Jumpers are required first thing in the morning and in the evenings.
Excellent value for money at these apartments.

I've never been tempted to write to one of these web sites but have just had the most wonderful holiday and the apartments and location deserve praise. Costa Luz apartments are in quite the best position in Lanzarote. The complex is on the beach at the side of the bay called Los Pocillos, so you have the sea and the sand on your doorstep. On the other side you have the start of the beach avenue of Puerto del Carmen which is a few kilometres of bars and restaurants and shops. There's such a lot (to please everyone within your family!)within strolling distance, yet you're not in the thick of it - it's perfect! The apartments themselves are really well furnished and equipped and the maid service is the best I have ever encountered on a self-catering holiday. We've stayed in a lot of apartments in Lanzarote over the years and some are downright grotty and I wish we'd discovered Costa Luz a long time ago. All the staff are friendly and really helpful. We're definitely going back there as soon as we can!

We have now gone 9 times to Club Oceano and they never fail to give us a great holiday. As it is run by a family buisness (Ocean Club Holidays), the service you get is second to none. they care about what they do, which you don't often get nowadays. It's a good set up and we always feel relaxed when we get back from there. The bar and restaurant really makes it as the staff are friendly. Apartments are spotless too....I recommend this anyone.

We have stayed in Lanzarote to many times to mention. This was our first time to these apartments, we stayed in the deluxe apartments bloke 6 with a view to die for.10 out of 10 for the view and location only a 10 /15 mins to main strip. There is alot of work going on at the moment in Puerto Del Carmen and if this had been our first visit we would not have returned. The apartments were comfortable and have a good tv ,iron and ironing board ,toaster,kettle clothes line and pegs all the usual. Balcony was quite large with table and chairs. The pool was kept clean and most important heated so the kids could use it.So many times we have been this time of year and the pools have been to cold to use. They are right next to the SAN ANTONIO HOTEL we have also stayed here a couple of times and would give it 8/10 also really enjoyed the food at this hotel. But prefer to go somewhere different each night. La OLA is the best place . Would stay here again and look forward to it.
