Copenhagen city is fantastic people friendly everything is close at hand. The Ticoli Gardens are everything I hoped they would be contained yet spectacular to be in friendly inviting and extremely entertaining. The royal palace and The little Mermaid even had her 93rd birthday whilst we were their and they had 93 mermaids diving in the water. The city pass is brilliant we went as far as Helsingor saw Hamlets castle and stopped off at the sea life centre on our return but nearly all Danish people spoke English.

The hotel is fantastic from outside the special commodore rooms are spectacular the other need refurbishment but are being done at present, the everyday decor was excellent the food is good although a little expensive. The best idea was the traffic lights telling you went the would change be a number countdown and how long you had to cross the road. Great. <br>

I can understand but the place was exceptionally dirty---and this includes everything from the lobby all the way to the stained sheets on our bed. And imagine this---no airconditioning---whatsoever---the entire building.
On the upside--the employees were OK--helpful.
Take your cash and go somewhere else---
