This hotel is in the far south of Fuerteventura so it is advisable to hire a car if you want to explore the island. There are only a few buses a day from nearby Morro Jable, it would be awkward to get here from the airport unless your tour operator has provided transport. The journey from the airport takes about 1hr 15 minutes by car.
The hotel provides a large apartment with separate bedroom, combined lounge/kitchen, and a balcony big enough to sunbathe on. The rooms are clean and also have a TV which you do not need to pay extra but has only 1 English speaking channel (CNN News), hairdryer in bathroom. If you want to cook for yourself the facilities are rather limited as there are only 2 rings, no electric kettle is provided, asked for a kettle, and just got another saucepan. Limited utensils, asked for a sharp knife but only got a breadknife. Fridge was provided.
Hotel has 2 pools, 1 heated, the other freezing. Lots of people sunbathing around heated pool hardly anyone around the other pool. Many people put their towels on loungers early to keep but do not occupy them until later.
Table tennis and pool table available plus tennis court and volleyball court. Gym is very small and not much works. There is a small minimarket on site but not much choice unless you want something to drink. Although there is a large Spar about 5 minutes walk away.
The beach is about 10 minutes walk away and the sand is lovely and the beach very long. A few naturists around mainly on the fringes of the beach near the vegetation area.
Plenty of shops and souvenirs shops about 10 minutes walk. Nothing much to see in the nearest town 4kms away (Morro Jable) and not worth going there for food.
Plenty of restaurants around. There is a market on Thursdays most stalls run by African traders no prices displayed have to bargain, initial prices are over the top do not pay more than 50% of initial prices.
Overall I would recommend, as hotel is good value weather good and beach good. Very few attractions to see - recommend caves/rock near fishing village of Ajuy, Oasis Zoo/Botanical Gardens.
