The time we had at this resort was lovely. The accommodation was very clean. The pools were well looked after with pool attendent at all times in the day. The staff were very helpful. The food at the restaurant was lovely if you fancy staying on site.
The staff were always on hand day and night to help you if you had a problem.
We had a taxi which didn't cost a lot to the shops, bars and resturants if you wanted a change from where you were staying.
We are all going back in June for the 3rd time and we can't wait to get there.

Bungalows were clean and tidy .maid cleaned regulary.pool was clean .went half board ,food ok but not a great variety. The main problem was that the complex itself was far away from everything .taxis or the bus are essential. When booking with on the beach they do not state this and spent a lot of money just getting around .on the good side hotel was great and trip to palmitos park well worth a visit.camel ride down at maspalomas beach was a good hour out . Will not be returning to gran canaria as very built up area and country side was dissapointing
