This was a privatly owned apartment on the ground floor of the Summerland complex. Although the complex is getting on a bit we found the apartment, clean, spacious, with new furniture and well equipped. It aso had its own large sunny terrace. The swimming pool is large and looked well maintained and the sun terrace has free sunbeds. We found the people in the complex very friendly and the bars nearby treat you like long lost mates. All in all we had a really nice holiday. The owners of the apartment lived close by and nothing seemed to much trouble to them

The accommodation was of poor quality. We had to wait 6 hours on the key for our apartment on arrival at 4am.
The facilities in the complex were unsatisfactory and the place was horrific to look at. As you step inside the apartments things get worse the doors jam and you get locked in rooms, the fridge door fell off. The hot water didn’t work either and when we complained they said there was nothing they could do and we were stuck with this for 2 weeks.
The couches also collapsed and the veranda doors didn’t lock. Overall this has been my worst stay in Tenerife and would not recommend this holiday to anyone, it was a very un-enjoyable stay and needless to say I haven’t returned!
