What a fantastic base for a holiday in Puerto de la Cruz. The view from our room was fabulous, the beach to the left and Teide to the right. The Palmeras Playa is central to the town and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were top notch and friendly.... more

Accommodation excellent ,close to the beach, superfamily holiday for young families. hotel has 24 hour English speaking reception ,All the staff are polite and interested in what you have to say. They provide day and evening entertainment for children and adults. Restaurant... more

Where do I begin? The hotel rooms had carpet in which was very dirty and frayed round the edges the walls were dirty the beds very small singles and not very comfortable only way to describe them was like more solid camp beds. The bathroom and linen were the only things... more
