My family and I stayed at the Grosvenor for two weeks and we where very satisfied. The hotel staff where very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby was very spacious and inviting.
We found the rooms were exceptionally good as we have a son who is wheelchair bound and we found we could move around with ease. They have two large pools, one which is heated and a jacuzzi which I did not try out as it was too hot for me but the children loved it. You don't need a car to get around because the taxi service from the hotel was excellent. Thanks to hector who took us all over Orlando plus there are shuttles to and from the Walt Disney theme parks. The hotel was in very easy reach of down-town Disney where you can shop till you drop and eat, drink and dance the night away.
We were that pleased with the Grosvenor Hotel that we are booking to go there again in 2008.

Fab basic hotel perfect for the downtown disney area of Florida.
Large spacious hotel with friendly staff and everything you could possibly need on site big rooms with aircon/fridge/microwave/shower etc..
Nice big pool area with bar and kids fun space over looking the lake.
Buses from outside the front door provide free transport to the parks and also downtown disney which has amazing restaurants,shops,bars,cafes and the worlds biggest disney store!
This was an ideal base for our needs while visiting the area for a concert at the House of Blues.
