i advise them to come on holiday with some money in their pocket,i cant look after them aswell,they at least must av the money to buy toilet rolls

when this couple settled in their room,in a studio,room for two,with a microwave,sat tv. toaster,kettle,all the necessary self catering kitchenette,air con,,,,after 10 min,they came down and asked if they could av a bigger room,that the room was two small,and wen we checked their reservation form,we found out that they paid for a studio,so for a bigger room,we told them they could have one by paying 3 pounds a nite,and they didnt wanna pay so they ended up stayin in a studio,the room they paid for,so they must be angry with me and my staff because they didnt wanna pay 3 pounds a nite and when i read these comments,i admire the imagination force of these people,for barbeque,in otha apart hotels,people pay deposit for barbeque and i dont do it in my establishment incase they change their mind,basically i trust the words of people maybe i shouldnt,am entitled to ask my customers if they were to attend the weekly barbeque,so i do ask them,and the amount of meat we cook is for the number people who r to attend,i remember this couple sayin to me they wanted to cum to barbeque,and i asked them if they were to definitly cum so they say yes,so i got meat cooked for them that nite,and i didnt even c them for two days after then,finally wen i ve seen them,after two days,all i said was it would kind for them even to come at the last minute and say they wouldnt make it,neva in my life i questioned a customers choice,neva been pushy with my customers to eat in my place,everyone can say everything,the main reason i believe i had this comment from these people is,one day ,they were lyin by the pool whith sandwiches and pop brought from their rooms,that i av about 3 big warning signs saying that as tit is a self catering apartment,like all of the self catering apartments,people are not to bring beverage or food to the pool side from their rooms or shop or else,that was not only disrespect to me and my establisment,that was disrespect all the otha customers who were buyin from the bar,they must av thought they are the very cleva ones,and wen bar staff told me that,i walked round and i said if they cudnt read or if they neva stayed self catering b4,response was they didnt c the sign,so i explained and walked away to find out next day they were to do it again and bring food and pop to the pool side,i walkjed round and told them to leave the pool side,put their food to their room,and come back anmd if they were to do it again i would av to show them the door,its funny ,like running a restaurant and a customer is walkin in with a takeaway in his hands,usin your table and waiters and knife and fork,i dont accept any of the accusations made by these people,if u realized ,all the bad comments are made by people stayed in the same time period,that should tell the readers something,am proud of my hotel and i host 1000 people a year and i ll keep doin it,sorry for not bein able to make veryone happy,no point in lies tho..........

one question for this review is,if they were so unhappy with our hotel,y did they end up stayin with us for two weeks,they could have easily changed their hotel through their rep and if we didnt have the room for them,how did we manage to give them a room .... the problem was,it was a real busy day with loads of departures and arrivals,and they had to wait ten min in the reception till their room was sorted,... and for the ten min wait they were given a complimentary drink and still they were shoutin abuse to my receptionist in front of everyone so,its like u cant expect people to be nice to you if u keep shoutin abuse at them

last august,we were short of three rooms for 5 days when this couple arrived,wasnt our fault,we were over booked by the agents although we stopsaled them,so wen these rooms arrived,rather than leavin them on the street,i found them rooms in an partment next door,30 sec walk from my hotel,and i dont remember sayin anything like it was our sister apartment,it must the receptionist to say it just to make them feel comfortable,first time i heard we had a sister apartment was in this review,after 5 days they returned to our hotel,and if i bought them a drink and it was on the bill,they should av easily opposed the bill,i dont do the bills,if i buy a drink to a customer,i tell the lads that its on me,thats all i can say,if they think they actually paid for the drinks i bought for them,i believe them and i think it must the bar staff puttin the drinks they had on their bill by not hearin me coz of music or somtething,sendin my apologies,my hotel is fully booked most of the time,so it does tell u we r not that bad doesnt it

this customer is right that he has stayed at our hotel so many times in the previous years,as i bought it last year,april 2007,i employed new staff,didnt employ the staff from the years before,thats my management style,if i buy a place ,i bring new staff in,i think he wasnt happy to c the staff that he knew from last years and that must have upset him,,,, we dont let anyone from the street in our apartments tho,as its a family place,...... the customers who he is talkin about are the ones came with one of our tour operators and yes,he is right that they had a big argument in their room one night and when they didnt listen to our warnings,we called their rep and moved them from our hotel that night, thats the best we could do

when this couple stayed tat my property,i hadnt bought it than,just wanted to correct one thing,my hotel is more central than epic,i think they got confused with the directions
