Rooms-
Beautiful rooms absolutely massive one big HUGE!! tv, air conditioning came in handy as it was very warm had a ickle fridge which came in handy to put food in and stuff to keep your drinks cold, bathroom beautiful nice shower the decor was lovely couldn't complain the rooms consisted of 2 big double beds a fridge one HUGE tv a table and chairs very push as well may i add big solid ones decor gorgeous !
Maid service - very efficient service every morning fresh towels bedding changed and tidied up always done when we got back!!
Food- cant complain excellent ok priced bit pricey!
Staff - now this is where it gets interesting majority of staff where great but there was a few members of staff whose attitude towards people who are not American is disgraceful and me being British and all found them extremely rude but did give them a piece of my mind lol!
Hotel overall- pool nice size plenty of sun loungers only got one bar downside and its very quiet.
Location- here's the low down if you are rich whose got a load of money then your in your element as you may know Bal harbour is full of expensive shops e.g Gucci Prada Fendi and rest of shops there are very very expensive ! The nearest mall is a fifteen minute bus drive away we went by bus to get there could say that was the highlight of the holiday thank god we was going on a cruise the week after!
Entertainment- THERE IS NONE!!! it was soooo boring unless you can count a tv as entertainment it was that boring we looked forward to dinner! Unless you are elderly and looking for a sunbathing holiday then yeah great!
Overall conclusion:
Staff ok, food great, no entertainment, beautiful hotel! not a family holiday would suit a mature couple! Beach is right outside the back which is lovely but unless your rich or of the older generation then this holiday would suit you but family's a big no no! Hope this review helped.
Oh yeah by the way we went with first choice don't go with them as they totally messed up with our holiday and things went horribly wrong, we booked two rooms and ended up with one when we got there but staff were great and put us into another room straight away and we was all tired and cranky when we go there from the flights!
