Villa Adriatica Hotel

We spent a week here in late June after a week in Dubrovnik. We agree that the service is lovely and the owners and their staff could not have been more helpful, but the pool area is tiny, four sun loungers fill the area up and there is no view at all apart from brick walls. But we weren't too disappointed as the beach is so near and the sea so beautiful. Try the local snacks called Longos at the western end of the beach - like deep fried crunchy pizza! repetative breakfast,warm juices,,cold scrambled egg,and when we were there no dinner as advertised. Small pool, nicely laid out garden, but at the expense of anywhere to park. The choice of "BEACHES " is between concrete pavements (as used by the locals) or rocks. There is no such thing as sand anywhere on the island. The hotel rooms were spotlessly clean as was all the hotel. If you come to Brac stay a few days and then visit other places as there is a lot to see.

We stayed at the Villa Adriatica for a week and it was a great experience. We went with a small baby and the hotel owners and all of the staff went out of their way to help us. The tone is set by the manager Dan, his wife Paola and his no 1 Neva who create a relaxed atmosphere in this family run hotel. This place is nothing more than than the cheap motel of your worst nightmares. It is not even on, or in sight of the beach. On their website, they advertise that the rooms are air conditioned and they have free WIFI. Forget about the internet & even though the temps. were in the mid 80's, but no a/c. When we asked for both, they said we complained too much, & kicked us out of the hotel. They would not return our passports until they made sure we did not vandalize their property. We stayed at Hotel Villa Adriatica for 7 nights, and I have to say my holiday was just like a dream. From the first moment I entered the hotel, the staff welcomed us with beautiful smiles, and we immediately felt at home. The management and staff who work in this hotel are friendly and charming and this helps to make such a relaxing atmosphere. The Villa Adratica is 3 mins from the sea in Supetar and only 5-10 mins walk from the ferry. It has good amenities including a small pool and jacuzzi, sauna and mini-gym, drinks and food. The staff are really friendly and will book you on any day trips you want to take. Breakfast is included and is very nice. Warm feeling in the hotel and colorfull design of the rooms made my stay feeling like staying with a friends. (That experience I did not have everywhere in Croatia). Family managing the hotel (Dan and Neva) showed us best Croatian hospitality that cares for details. Definately recommending to visit the different places and Villages in the Island and explore still untouched nature.

We stayed in Hotel Villa Adriatica, Island Brac, for 5 nights. This place was of a very high standard and the staff were very attentive. We enjoyed our time on the lovely pool and terrace sipping our favotite Sex on the Beach cocktail. One day we spend in Trogir and on the way back visited Diocletian Palace in Split. Another trip with rent a car we made to the other side of the Island to the village Bol. Stop at the Vidova Gora, it is off the way a bit but really worth.
