The Rosemount was very nice apart from the fact they had no beans with the breakfast! It is well situated half way between Windermere and Bowness (Both walkable!).
The room was clean and tidy and the bed was massive! (Which is good as I am 6"2!). The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The leaflets in the hotel were very useful for planning days out. Would recommend to anyone!
