Horrible! from Llamamama1
What an awful hotel! The rooms were even smaller than most European hotels and it's located directly across the street from Amore Bar (you can only imagine) that is open all night and loud. There is no air conditioning and they only provide you with one little fan that sounds like a dying duck (quack, quack, quack). Sine there is so much noice from across the street and the lights are so bright, it was hot and stuffy in our room. Thank goodness we were only there for one night. Good basic hotel from ndela
If you're looking for a good basic hotel, this is fine. Staff were friendly, room was clean and adequate, though the street was a bit noisy. Good location for sightseeing, and some good restaurants nearby.

Stayed here in April 2007. Not a bad hotel, but not a great neighbourhood. Hotel is located very near the red light district, so there can be loud street noise at night, and 'interesting' night life on the streets. However, there are two subway lines within walking distance. Hotel is also very near Moulin Rouge, Sacre Coeur and Mont Martre, and only a brief subway ride to Place de Concorde. Just what we needed from Jetsettertas
A clean room - we advise it for people needing a clean bed and bathroom only. On a quiet street a short walk way to many places and train station x2. Room was to small to fit luggage but it was nice inside and staff helpfull (most of them) and a good breakfast comparted to may other places we visited. Best thing was the dessert place - Delmontel - out the door, go over the rd and down the right (20m) on the corner. YUM YUM YUM

Pretty darn good place to stay from varmav
We just returned from a 7 night stay in this hotel and were very pleasantly surprised at how nice the stay was. The room, like all European hotel rooms, was small, but clean and well-made up every morning. Also, don't expect to get much space in the bathroom, but those of you who have traveled to Europe before already know that. Nice, clean hotel. Good location from anafi
The hotel was very near 2 Metro stations, therefore very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. We strongly recommend this hotel for a visit in Paris. Near malls and Sacre Coeur

Hotel has been recently refurbished to a very good standard, rooms were warm clean and well equipped very good breakfast courtious staff very good for bars and resturants will def return.

We stayed at this hotel in mid june, when we were expecting the city to be heaving with tourists (just like us!), but this hotel was quite a surprise! It is located in a very quiet street away from the noise of the city but is still within walking distance of some good restaurants and bars. It is also just five minutes walk from two metro stations which means you can get to the heart of the city in about 10 minutes. It is close to Montmartre and Le Sacre-Coeur. The Opera Saint Georges, in Paris, is a two stars hotel in a quiet area of the city. Is well comunicated with the city center by metro and bus and, if you like walking, you can go to Montmartre, the Opera area, Moulin Rouge or even the city center in 40 minutes, more or less. I was there a couple of nights in january 2005 and I have noticed that, for the same price, you can stay in a three stars hotel in the same area. We stayed at the opera saint george in nov for 3 nights. It was a small but plesant hotel however it was quite difficult to reach on foot! its around the corner from the saint georges metro stop and its a steep hill up to the hotel. The staff are polite and friendly and are english speaking. The rooms are well equipped and also newly renovated with outstanding bathrooms clean as can be. the rooms in general are rather small and tight but are cleaned everyday by helpful staff!! Mind you keep your boxers safe as a pair wenting into hiding... more
